We had a challenging start to the week, our Rosie decided to make an early appearance!
We were already battling with weather delays, Sam is now off on paternity leave. This fills me with pride as our lads are PAYE employees meaning we value them. It so Important that our employees have this time with their children but we need to make sure we don’t let our clients down- so the only thing to do Is the boss to take to the roof!! What I can say is all our lads have pulled together not only showering Rosie with love but acting as a team to get the job done !
